Job Description: Job Description Objetivo del puesto Brindar soporte a las operaciones diarias de Tesorería, asegurando el seguimiento de cobranzas y pagos, la elaboración de reportes financieros y la correcta ejecución de las tareas relacionadas con el cierre mensual del área. Principales responsabilidades Elaborar y mantener actualizado el Aging semanal de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar. Realizar el seguimiento y reclamo de cobranzas a clientes y proveedores, asegurando la correcta gestión de saldos pendientes. Preparar y enviar reportes mensuales del área de Tesorería en tiempo y forma. Gestionar el envío de complementos de pago y la documentación respaldatoria correspondiente. Ejecutar tareas relacionadas con el cierre mensual de Tesorería, colaborando en conciliaciones, controles y preparación de información para el cierre financiero. Analizar y validar propuestas de pago, verificando vencimientos, prioridades y disponibilidad de fondos antes de su ejecución. Colaborar con distintas áreas internas para resolver diferencias, consultas y garantizar la correcta registración de las operaciones de Tesorería. Mantener actualizada la información y documentación del área, cumpliendo con los procedimientos y controles internos establecidos.
