Helper- Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking Helpers to join our manufacturing shop. This role encompasses a wide variety of skills depending on the department where you are placed. For example, you may assist other employees with cleaning, operating machinery, welding, plumbing/pipefitting, ductwork, carpentry, or electrical work. Minimum of a high school education or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred Job Requirements/Special Skills: ● Ability to read a tape measure required ● Ability to read blueprints preferred ● Ability to work independently and on a team ● Strong verbal communication skills ● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ● Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and climb ladders throughout the shift ● Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time ● Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels EAS is the leading HVAC Volumetric Modular Manufacturer and the # 1 Mechanical Contractor in the Southeastern United States.
