They create a positive learning environment for the students and support them in developing confidence and achieving their fitness goals. Responsibilities
Teaching and demonstrating BJJ techniques (45%) Instruct students on a range of BJJ techniques, including grappling, submissions, and positional control. Preparing students for competition (30%) Assist students in developing the skills and mindset necessary for competitive grappling, including tournament strategies and conditioning. Black Belt Certification: Hold a black belt rank in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Experience
Have experience as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor, with a proven track record of successful student development. Effective Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex techniques in a clear and understandable manner. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive and inclusive training environment. Team Player: Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with other instructors and staff members. Required Licenses & Certifications: Black Belt Certification Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
