As a Lease Operator you’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance of a designated route or group of oil and gas wells. In addition, you’ll develop and demonstrate essential operating skills through ongoing training and by working with multi-well pads, compressors, and various artificial lift methods. Responsibilities/Expectations: Conducts production tests and perform routine repairs Completes operational checks of assigned wells/equipment and identify and report changes in individual well performance Performs minor maintenance of equipment Gauges tanks and prepare for sale and manage fluid inventory on production facilities Lights gas-fired vessels/emission control devices Conducts environmental and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) audits to assess field operations, buildings, facilities, tools, and equipment Other duties as assigned Lease Operator I: Education/Years of
