Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Recruitment, selection and hiring process for hourly employees: Interviews and hiring filters. Follow up with recruiting suppliers: update the headcount requirements, close communication. Blue collar onboarding process: documents, contracts and payroll. Employee files management: control and update of all employees files. Follow-up with supervisors on employee absenteeism Lead sessions with employees to evaluate their experience and work environment, detecting potential risks and taking action on them.
