As a Proposal Analyst – Level 2 located in Colorado Springs, CO, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Our Proposal Analyst will help create automation tools and utilize Agile approaches for pricing strategies to help minimize administrative tasks and focus on estimating and analysis. This position will support our Space Sector. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. In this job, you will: Establish cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges, including completion of supplier proposal compliance review Develop, plan and schedule proposals Compile cost, schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling and performance elements from functional departments Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives Other duties as assigned If this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team! Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
