The Role & Your Impact As a Senior Business & Market Insights Analyst, you will transform complex market, customer, retail, and sales data into actionable insights that help accelerate growth across Novonesis' Human Health Biosolutions business in North America. You'll work in one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving areas of health and wellness, supporting science-backed solutions that help improve digestive health, immunity, infant health, women's health, and overall well-being. Our portfolio includes probiotics, postbiotics, enzymes, HMOs, and other innovative nutrition ingredients used by leading dietary supplement, wellness, and consumer health brands around the world. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Product Development, and Leadership teams to understand customer needs, uncover growth opportunities, and shape commercial strategy. You'll gain exposure to a diverse customer base ranging from innovative direct-to-consumer startups and contract manufacturers to some of the world's largest consumer health and nutrition companies. This role combines market intelligence, commercial analytics, and strategic decision support to help bring innovative, science-driven health solutions to market and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: Analyze market trends, category performance, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities across the North American dietary supplement and wellness landscape. Leverage syndicated data sources such as NielsenIQ, SPINS, Stackline, Euromonitor, NBJ, and similar platforms to identify growth opportunities and changing customer needs. Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify whitespace opportunities, revenue drivers, and account-level growth potential. Evaluate pipeline health, opportunity conversion, customer engagement, and commercial effectiveness using Salesforce and business intelligence tools. Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that support commercial decision-making. Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and clear, data-driven recommendations for leadership. Support strategic planning, pricing discussions, portfolio decisions, forecasting activities, and resource allocation efforts. Act as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that influence commercial performance. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Required qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analytics, market intelligence, category management, commercial insights, sales analytics, or a related analytical role.

Experience

within dietary supplements, nutrition, consumer packaged goods (CPG), wellness, consumer health, health ingredients, or a similar industry. Strong experience using syndicated market and retail intelligence platforms such as NielsenIQ, SPINS, Stackline, Circana/IRI, Euromonitor, NBJ, or comparable tools. Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, CRM analytics, and commercial performance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms. English fluency with strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Essential competencies Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Executive-level communication and storytelling capabilities. Experience

supporting B2B commercial organizations or ingredient-based businesses.

Experience

analyzing Amazon, e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel performance. Familiarity with probiotics, functional nutrition, dietary supplements, branded ingredients, or related markets.

Experience

developing executive dashboards and commercial analytics frameworks. Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, pricing analysis, market segmentation, and account planning. Curiosity about emerging consumer, channel, and category trends that influence business growth. A proactive mindset that seeks opportunities, uncovers insights, and challenges assumptions constructively.

Limited travel may be required for internal meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, customer engagements, or industry events as needed. Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000-$140,000 based on experience 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution. Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time.
