Job Summary

The LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center seeks to hire tenure-track or tenured faculty in the following areas: criminal law and constitutional criminal procedure; civil, comparative, and international law; and intellectual property, law and technology, and/or innovation law. We welcome applications from both entry-level and lateral candidates. We may also consider applications from persons who specialize in other areas as needs arise. The LSU Paul M. Job Description: Teach Law courses as determined by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Qualifications

Assistant Professor: JD or international equivalent Associate Professor: JD or international equivalent + 2 years as Assistant Professor Full Professor: JD or international equivalent + 5 years as an Assistant/Associate Professor. Applicants should have a J.D. or international equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school, superior academic credentials, demonstrated practice experience, a demonstrated record of or strong potential for legal scholarship, and a commitment to outstanding teaching.
