Propósito del puesto Responsable de liderar la planificación de demanda end-to-end a nivel regional, actuando como dueño del Demand Plan en SAP IBP. El rol asegura un plan sólido, validado comercialmente y alineado con la estrategia financiera y operativa, habilitando decisiones basadas en escenarios. Responsabilidades clave Liderar el proceso de Demand Planning en SAP IBP Diseñar y optimizar modelos de forecasting y analítica avanzada, mejorando la precisión y reduciendo sesgos. Facilitar el ciclo mensual IBP (Demand Review), promoviendo decisiones claras y accionables. Construir escenarios (base, upside, downside) y traducirlos en impactos de negocio. Alinear demanda con supply y finanzas, gestionando trade-offs entre servicio, costo e inventario. Asegurar el gobierno de datos, monitoreo de KPIs y mejora continua del sistema IBP. Requisitos Bachillerato universitario en carrera afín. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Demand Planning. Certificación CPIM (APICS) deseable.
