Primary Function: Responsible for technical documentation of procedures and practices. Conducts assessments for records and data projects as directed. Ensures proper operating of documents and records tracking. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Ensures accuracy, quality, and integrity. DC Coordinator will be aware of and adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, and assist end users in retrieving data. Works under immediate supervision. Educational Background: Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree (any course) preferred.

Experience

Must have at least 2-years of work experience in clerical or administrative functions. Knowledge, skill and abilities: Document Control Coordinator should have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask with an ability to troubleshoot as experience expands. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential because document control regularly communicate with internal and external business partners. Responsibilities

Accept and review submissions files of the latest revision/version level documentation necessary for applicable area/function requirements. Timely distribution of latest revision/version documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is handled appropriately. Fundamental knowledge of one sector of Documents (Design, Fab, Assembly, or Manufacturing). Maintain and accurately update information in the Document Management System. Maintain, review and route documents to appropriate approvers according to the Minimum Approval List. Maintain and distribute documents according to the Minimum Distribution List. Ensure that all documentation, drawings, and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision. Review and proofread documents for consistency of document format and system concerns. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
