Responsibilities
Understand and adhere to company Quality Control procedures, as related to overall inspection requirements Cooperate with production personnel and supervision to ensure the maximum of production with the optimum of quality, as established by management Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing material, parts, and assemblies to specifications and blueprints following standard shop practice and/or special instructions Train other employees in day-to-day procedures Utilize quality tools such as Fishbone Diagram, 3 Legged 5 Why, and 8D methodology Support and participate in quality clinic activities Determine controls necessary to maintain consistent quality level Dispose of rejected material Direct repairs and deviated corrections as required Generate inspection reports and analysis Your
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing/operations, or related field Vocational or technical degree in a related field (preferred) Your

The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $23.65 to $37.68 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
