Understand our consumer through market research. Push boundaries with fresh, authentic ideas. Explore your craft with both traditional and modern tools. Collaborate with Development, Merchandising, and Product Specialists. Visit vendors to optimize your products. Champion intent and purpose in every design. Mentor and foster creativity. Skills for Success 8+ years of experience in outerwear design. Strong knowledge of construction, materials, and fit. A portfolio that shows bold thinking and refined execution. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; AI and 3D skills are a plus. Strong presentation skills.
