The main responsibility of this position is to deliver quantifiable improvements in the form of Quality, Safety, Delivery & Cost within assigned Value Stream. About the job: Utilizing Value Stream Mapping; drive continuous improvement across Production/Administrationprocesses in the areas of Quality, Safety, Delivery & Cost through Kaizens & Lean Six Sigma projects. Provide leadership in the execution of projects within assigned Value Stream. Provide project expertise in the form of Lean Six Sigma tools & methodologies. Review and monitor project progress to assure quality and adherence to project and company objectives. Mentor Lean Small Group Activities projects & events 5% Support a Lean specialty sub-committee; and become a Subject Matter Expert in the focused area.
