Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate product features into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Prepare and support Sprint Planning, Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies while providing clarification to development teams throughout delivery. Coordinate dependencies, identify delivery risks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful product releases while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and development processes. Demonstrate completed functionality during sprint reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, monitor delivery metrics, and continuously improve product value and team effectiveness. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Agile software development and product delivery. Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs within Agile frameworks. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, and application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

collaborating with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

supporting software products within regulated industries, healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or medical device environments is highly desirable.
