Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to improve operational performance across supply chain and core business processes through optimization and execution support. This role involves working across business operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale execution, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on client outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, guiding and mentoring others while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role, you will be exposed to clients, developing an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships and deliver quality solutions. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
