Job Title Key Account Manager Health Systems - Flanders Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to Constantly build and improve relations with new and existing customers in order to position Philips as preferred supplier. As account manager you will initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts towards customers in order to maximize the output of the sales team. You will create account plans for our most important customers in which set targets are translated into specific strategies and actions as part of the operational plan of the sales team. You will create and implement projects and programs for and with our customers to improve the performance of Philips. You will systematically analyze and report sales results, customer expectations, market data –and trends and info on competition in order to improve our position in the market. Your role Maximizing order intake, sales (including Service Contracts) and margin for chosen accounts within the district; Ensuring continuity of the relationship with customers and operating at multiple levels in the customers’ organization, but also facilitating the executive level interfaces between Philips and customers; Preparing the annual account plan in line with the regional strategy and execute at district level; Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies; Filling the sales funnel management tool and executing the systematic analysis of win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction; Building a forecast for the assigned customers; Collaborating with channel partners where required; Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involving other stakeholders. Be a bridge builder between departments; Ensuring quotations are completed and delivered within set time limits; Ensuring that quotations (offers to customers) are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the business. Make sure the offers are properly reviewed by operations for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued; Ensuring any third party product included in the solution and not part of the catalogue, is properly validated against compatibility / compliance of specifications; Reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and following up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner; Ensuring proper alignment with other account managers and customer-facing staff that are active at account level; Leading and coordinating the account teams; Acting in an ethical way according to the global business principles. You are a part of Healthcare Benelux is a sales and service organization with roughly 400 employees, of which 135 active in the Philips BeLux organization. You will be part of the Health Systems Benelux District Flanders and report to the District Leader Health Systems. You are a right fit if you have Master or Bachelor degree; 5-10 years of previous medical systems and/or medical equipment sales experience; Experience calling at all levels within hospitals, administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, purchasing / materials management, etc; Knowledge of the healthcare market in Flanders; Professional sales skills, experience, appearance and manner; Proven track record of consistent top sales performance preferred; Exemplary organizational skills, to manage multiple customer contacts and point of sales within each account; Customer oriented, must be skilled in closing orders, executive selling, communication, negotiations, relationship building, territory management, strategic selling, account management, articulation of corporate value proposition and appropriate competitive positioning; Strong communication- and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal/networking skills; Must be able to function independently and be a team player; Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €55,416.12– €96,825.97. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results.
