About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. 1、Assist in daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse workflow. 2、Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance, ensuring consistency between system data and physical inventory, and report discrepancies promptly. 3、Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and maintaining inbound and outbound records to ensure data accuracy. 4、Support warehouse supervisors with on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues such as order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods. 5、Assist in maintaining warehouse 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment. 6、Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on operational needs.
