As a Supplier Analyst Hard Services, you will join our Building Experience & Excellence (BEE) department, responsible for ING's real estate and facility services. Working closely with the Supplier Leader Hard Services, you will help manage supplier contracts and service performance across technical maintenance, statutory inspections, utilities, lifecycle management, and ESG reporting. Through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will contribute to the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of our workplace services. Your key responsibilities Contract & Supplier Management Manage the day-to-day administration of Hard Services contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and agreed service levels. Maintain the contract renewal roadmap and support renewal activities. Monitor supplier performance through reporting, benchmarking, and performance reviews. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support service excellence and continuous improvement. Financial & Performance Management Manage invoicing activities, including purchase order matching, accruals, and invoice dispute resolution. Act as the main point of contact for Finance on service-line-related matters. Support month-end closing activities through accurate accrual estimates and reporting. Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to monitor supplier performance, service quality, operational risks, and spend. Ensure the quality and accuracy of service-line data and reporting. Technical & Operational Excellence Support the management of maintenance services, statutory inspections, utilities, ESG reporting, and lifecycle management activities. Analyse recurring technical issues and recommend solutions to improve service reliability and operational efficiency. Monitor customer satisfaction indicators (ESAT/CSAT) and contribute to improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the Supplier Leader and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for service optimisation, cost control, and risk mitigation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ING's workplace services through data-driven insights and operational excellence. We are looking for A proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with suppliers, data, and stakeholders to improve service performance and operational excellence. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the quality and reliability of workplace services. You also have: A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent through experience. At least 5 years of experience in facility management, supplier management, or a related environment. A solid understanding of Hard Services, including maintenance, statutory inspections, utilities, and compliance management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to assess technical issues and provide clear, practical recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
