Summary: We’re hiring our first Solution Specialist in APAC, based out of our Sydney hub, to help establish and scale our Enterprise offering. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role where you’ll shape how we sell, demo, and position our platform across enterprise customers in the market. Sitting at the heart of our pre-sales motion, you’ll combine deep platform knowledge with strong storytelling to deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals that win enterprise customers and define our presence in APAC. What your team does: Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo) is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to develop tailored solutions for managing their work processes through the cloud. With our platform, firms can build a CMS that works for each legal department’s unique needs and enables them to manage more cases with the same resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience. What you’ll work on: Developing deep expertise in the Clio Operate platform and clearly articulating its value to enterprise prospects Delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to client workflows and challenges Designing and building proof-of-concepts (POCs) based on business and technical requirements Leading discovery workshops and acting as the solution authority throughout the sales cycle Building trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical leads to C-suite executives Partnering with Account Executives to shape winning sales strategies and progress deals Collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers with clear scope and documentation Feeding market insights and client feedback back into Product to influence the roadmap Creating and maintaining reusable pre-sales assets, including demo environments and templates Staying current on product developments, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Leveraging AI tools to enhance research, demo preparation, and proposal development What you bring: 5-10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS Proven experience delivering customised demos and proof-of-concepts for complex platforms Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand architecture and integrations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Solid understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology supports them Experience with workflow automation, case/matter management, or legal tech is a plus Comfortable working in low-code or configurable platform environments A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations Collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, and delivery Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Curiosity and a growth mindset, particularly in applying AI to improve ways of working What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow.
