Software Development & Delivery Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain high-quality software solutions and services Write production-ready, scalable, and testable code across full-stack or platform components Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, deploy) Apply architectural and engineering best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability Engineering Excellence Participate in and contribute to code reviews, incorporating feedback to meet engineering standards Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements Follow secure coding, compliance, and risk management standards across all development activities Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery efficiency Collaboration & Delivery Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security) to deliver features and enhancements Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and deliver against commitments Communicate progress, blockers, and risks effectively within the team AI & Developer

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3–5 years of relevant software engineering experience

with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent Preferred Skills &

with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or data-driven applications

driving adoption of AI coding tools within engineering teams.
