OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Coordinar y Analizar requerimientos, definiciones y reglas de negocio al product backlog de la compañía. Comprendiendo las necesidades de los usuarios y priorizandolas con base al beneficio mayor vs costo de desarrollo vs tiempo de habilitación (objetivos POM). Para garantizar la habilitación de productos, servicios y herramientas que cubran las necesidades de los usuarios finales (internos y externos). FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Analizar y documentar iniciativas y requerimientos de las diferentes áreas de la organización, Evaluando criticidad, prioridades, factibilidad, entregables solicitados, beneficios y efectividad esperados, indicadas por los Product Owners. Apalancar la estrategia de transformación digital de la Organización y proponer estrategias de solución con visión transversal. Ejecutar frameworks de agilidad. Apegándose a los procesos de gestión orientado a células de agilidad y optimizando los beneficios esperados por el usuario final con cada sprint. Garantizar que el producto, servicio o herramienta habilitado genere beneficios al área solicitante, en el menor tiempo posible. Generar métricas de evaluación de efectividad ágil y exponencial. Utilizando herramientas de análisis y satisfacción de usuarios / clientes finales, proponiendo mejoras en la documentación de requerimientos y segmentación de los entregables de valor. Gestionando y procurando, al interior de las células, que los requerimientos se conviertan en productos y tecnología que satisfacen las necesidades de los usuarios. Analizar, comprender, definir, establecer, documentar y garantizar criterios de aceptación de usuarios. Facilitando sesiones de definición con usuarios impactados, alineando expectativas, resolviendo dudas a los integrantes de células de desarrollo y pruebas. Entregar productos funcionales, completos, satisfaciendo las necesidades del cliente y cubriendo el cumplimiento de beneficios tangibles para todas las áreas. PERFIL DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, deseable Maestría en Administración, Proyectos o Análisis de Negocios. Inglés: Avanzado Conocimientos Técnicos Microsoft Visio Jira, Asana, QuickScrum o ScrumDo Scrum Master Agile Business Analyst Conocimientos sobre algunas prácticas de agilidad: Management 3.0, Kanban, CX, Lean Six Sigma, OKR, Agile Innovation o Design Thinking.
