Ability to safely operate light manufacturing equipment and follow work instructions during Milwaukee Tool Accessories production. Assisting in the maintaining of equipment and plant to Milwaukee 6S standards Accurately recording production data Constantly works to ensure equipment is exceeding performance metrics Ensures timely job changeovers Coordinates with the Department Leads to fulfil Work Orders Skills &
Qualifications
Mathematical and analytical skills Possess proven mechanical ability or aptitude Accuracy and attention to detail required Familiarity with correct PPE wear and safety policies

Experience
High School degree/GED 1-2 years of experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. Previous stamping, deburring, spot welding, experience with automation, or chemical safety experience is a plus Physical Demands & Work Environment: The employee may be required to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 35 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Occasional bending, crouching, twisting, reaching Employees may be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain work cells.
