Cash Management: Supervised daily cash handling operations to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies. Led and supported the cash team, monitored transactions, reconciled daily sales, resolved discrepancies, and prepared reports. Ensured strong internal controls while maintaining efficient operations and high standards of service. Royalties: Maintain relationships Contents team, with authors, business units and internal departments. Primary duties include: supervise a team of 2, analyze and interpret contracts for royalty terms; ensure that all contract terms and adjustments are accurately entered into the royalty system, accuracy of vendor set up for the authors ensure payments are processed successfully and transmitted to the payee within contractual due date; royalty statements are accurate and distributed timely by reconciling sales data to source systems. The Supervisor will also be responsible for: resolving royalty related queries, reviewing and approving contracts in royalty system, completing special assignments involving research, investigation and resolution of royalty payment issues, as well as functional and technical system support, acting as training and knowledge resource for the department and creating and maintaining process documentation.

Global Leadership & Process Ownership Lead a high‑performing global Cash Management team across RELX divisions. Harmonize Cash Management teams into a unified global operating model with consistent roles and processes. Process Governance & Standardization Define global Cash Management policies, accounting guidelines, and control frameworks. Involvement on the Royalties task and process alignment exercise in preparation to build Global Royalties team Oracle Fusion Enablement Maximize Oracle Fusion Cash Management module capabilities to drive automation and accuracy. Cross-Functional Integration Collaborate with R2R, P2P, AR, IC, Tax and business units to ensure seamless Cash Management integration. Serve as the escalation point for complex Cash Management issues. Work closely with P2P and Vendor management team to ensure process management for LN Royalties Performance Management & Analytics Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports for both Risk Cash Management and LN Royalties team Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and reconciliation of reports Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align performance metrics with business objectives Change Management & Transformation Lead global change activities to ensure standardization, training, and adoption of Cash Management processes. Drive continuous improvement and maintain alignment with RELX’s finance transformation roadmap. Support the LN Royalties team BAU and preparation for process harmonization to build a RELX Royalties team Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, AI-driven asset insights, and process simplification. Benchmark against industry best practices to evolve Cash Management and Royalties toward world‑class standards. Key Performance Objectives / Performance Indicators Ensure accurate and secure handling of all cash transactions. Maintain smooth and efficient daily cash operations. Lead and support the cash team to achieve consistent performance standards. Increased utilization of Oracle Fusion capabilities and automation. Strong audit results and a robust Cash Management control environment. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of responses and issue resolution for Royalties process Support positive customer experience and internal stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related. CPA is preferred. 5+ years’ related work experience, at least 3 years in Cash Management Minimum of 3 years leadership experience

with Major ERP Systems – Fusion, Oracle R12, PeopleSoft, Netsuite Experienced operating in a tight SOX / business control environment Experienced in operating in a large multinational company with multiple stakeholder interactions such as Center of Expertise, Business Decision Support Teams, Tech Teams and Central Finance Teams (preferrable shared services/BPO)
