Job description

Act as the primary working-level point of contact between Global Supply Planning (GSP) and buy execution, ensuring data readiness, system readiness, and process accountability across planning cycles. Partner closely with GSP teams to maintain strong alignment throughout the GTM calendar, providing forward-looking visibility of PR to PO readiness, risks, and mitigation actions to enable accurate and timely purchase order execution across seasons. Key Area of Responsibility: 1. Data Governance & Pre-PO Readiness Own end-to-end master data validation and pre-checks prior to PO creation in SAP ERP Ensure all data entering the system is accurate, complete, and aligned with approved buy plans Act as the quality gatekeeper before system processing Validate data readiness across both ERP (SAP) and Planning Systems (e.g., HELIX) 2. PR to PO Accountability & Outcome Management Own execution-level PR to PO tracking and outcome visibility within assigned scope. Identify and quantify impact of missing or delayed conversions based on buy decisions Provide forward-looking tracking of upcoming conversion risks, not limited to current execution cycle Propose and track mitigation actions for conversion gaps Establish clear escalation triggers and reporting framework 3. Buy Summary Status Reporting Produce and maintain Buyer Summary Status Reports Provide insights on: Conversion progress vs. buy plan At-risk or missing POs (current + upcoming cycles) Data inconsistencies impacting execution System readiness across ERP and Planning platforms Use reporting to drive proactive decision-making with GSP and stakeholders 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary working-level point of contact between GSP and execution teams Ensure alignment between: Buy plan (GSP ownership) Data & system readiness (PC ownership) System execution (System Ops ownership) Partner with GSP teams to monitor readiness across key milestones in the GTM calendar Maintain ongoing synchronization with stakeholders on what is happening across seasons and buy cycles, ensuring no disconnect between planning intent and execution readiness Support seasonal readiness discussions, proactively surfacing risks and dependencies early 5. Process Control & Risk Identification Identify process and system readiness risks across planning cycles. Propose and track mitigation actions. Highlight risks early, including: Data gaps System readiness limitations Conversion bottlenecks Ensure adherence to standardized PR to PO governance model 6. Seasonal & System Readiness Planning Support planning and monitor end-to-end system readiness Monitor and plan end-to-end readiness across seasonal buy cycles, beyond single PR to PO execution rounds Partner with GSP to track readiness across GTM calendar phases, ensuring alignment from planning through execution Assess readiness across: Data completeness System availability (SAP ERP, HELIX and related platforms) Process alignment between planning and execution teams Provide early visibility of risks and constraints impacting current and upcoming GTM milestones Drive proactive alignment with stakeholders to ensure smooth downstream execution and avoid last-minute disruptions

Qualifications

Technical & Systems Skills Strong experience in SAP ERP and planning systems (e.g., HELIX) Ability to navigate cross-system dependencies between planning tools and execution platforms Familiarity with system readiness, data flow validation, and upstream/downstream impact assessment Core Competencies Strong ability to stay aligned with business cadence (GTM calendar) and translate planning signals into execution readiness actions Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset Ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong stakeholder management across global teams Ability to challenge and influence with structured logic (goal–insight–action)
