Northrop Grumman Defense Sector has a need for two Associate Embedded Software Engineers or Embedded Software Engineers with its Weapons Integration and Mission Solutions (WIMS) organization in Beavercreek, OH. This engineering position is for a role on our Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) Embedded Software Engineering Team. You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers focused on Embedded Operational Flight Program modernization, sustainment, emulation, and simulation. Our ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, a drive to lead from where you are, collaborative people skills, and the proven ability to work within a technically diverse team. This is a full-time salaried position preferably in Beavercreek, OH, but other Northrop Grumman Warner Robins, GA locations may be considered. This position requires that you work on-site daily. Primary Level Salary Range: $65,800.00 - $98,800.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
