Job description summary Competently mix products according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the daily production plan. Accurately follow SOPs for mixing and cleaning Maintain detailed batch records and ensure all quality checks are completed Operate relevant machinery and SCADA systems Demonstrate safety awareness and report hazards Work collaboratively with team members and communicate improvement ideas Key Outputs & Main Tasks CIP tanks and fillers Visual inspections before batch making Inform QC for swabs after CIP Audit and receive raw materials Download and compare recipes Record batches Take samples to QC and adjust as needed | - No customer complaints Batches meet specifications | - Producing in-spec batches Accepting correct raw materials - Follow batch instructions accurately Use correct materials Keep batch records - Low Material Usage Variance (MUV) No out-of-spec batches Minimized over-batching | - Producing in-spec batches - Be at workstation on time Forklift driving, tanker/truck offloading Check production plan Clean pasteurizers Start mixing program Operate SCADA as required Dispose of empty packaging Pump product to filler | - Daily production plan achieved | - Continuous supply of batches for bottling | | Safety & Environment | - Maintain clean work environment Wear correct PPE Check machine guards and safety devices Test emergency switches Shutdown machine correctly Report unsafe acts/equipment | - No injuries No equipment damage | - Safety and environmental awareness - good attendance Suggest improvements Participate in team activities Provide feedback | - High motivation No absenteeism Team meetings at Level 3 | - Teamwork Willingness to learn Self-discipline | Required

Matric with passes in Maths and Science or at least NTC-3 (previous learning or work experience recognized) Technical/Operational Competencies: Basic computer skills
