Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services Manage employee onboarding processes, partnering with Staffing, HRIS, Payroll, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant employee experience. Handle all tasks for the employee exit process, working closely with HRBPs to coordinate employees and ensure completion. Manage employee lifecycle administration, including employee records management, contract administration, retirement processing, work injury case management, employee data maintenance, and responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs. Coordinate with external service providers on Hukou applications for local employees and other related support, and work permits and residence permits applications for foreign employees. Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Provide day-to-day employee support and serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Employee Engagement & Event Support Support HR managers in organizing employee engagement activities, holiday celebrations, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and execution. Support site events and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, HR administration, or a related field. Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and China employment/labor regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience
with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and employee data management is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent in both written and spoken English. We’re doing work that matters.
