We currently have an opportunity for a Mill Operator at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.
Responsibilities
Operate milling equipment at optimum levels to ensure designated quality and extraction levels Monitor regrind system and work with packaging personnel to keep the system running efficiently Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and HACCP documentation Perform duties and responsibilities of the Grain Receiver/Loader position on an as-needed basis Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution Must successfully complete IAOM correspondence course in Milling Science within one year of beginning role as Mill Operator
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication, and computer skills 2+ years in manufacturing environment with wheat milling experience Mechanical ability to operate and maintain milling equipment
