A Day in the Life We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a pricing professional passionate about driving business performance through pricing operations, governance, analytics, and process excellence. This role supports key pricing initiatives, margin optimization, pricing compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Customer Care, Operations, and Deal Desk teams. It is an ideal opportunity to broaden experience in pricing operations, deal management, automation, and AI-enabled analytics. As part of a collaborative regional pricing organization, you will manage day-to-day pricing activities in Vendavo, SAP, and ServiceNow, support deal creation, maintain pricing agreements and master data, and perform pricing, margin, and profitability analyses. Working closely with Commercial teams and Deal Desk partners, you will help ensure accurate pricing execution while supporting pricing governance and compliance. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to automation, AI, advanced analytics, and dashboard development projects. You will help create data-driven reporting and analytical solutions that improve pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, decision-making, margin performance, and pricing governance.
Responsibilities
may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, analytical tools, and data visualizations that provide insights into pricing performance, margin realization, business trends, and operational efficiency. Support automation, AI-enabled analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance decision-making through data-driven solutions. Create, review, maintain, and monitor customer pricing agreements, contracts, quotations, and pricing deals within systems such as Vendavo and SAP. Perform pricing, margin, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities, support commercial decisions, and ensure alignment with pricing strategies and business objectives. Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Customer Care, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution. Maintain pricing master data, support system accuracy, and ensure the integrity of pricing information across multiple platforms and business processes. Support ServiceNow (SNOW) activities, including processing pricing-related requests, managing access and role assignments, coordinating system enhancements, tracking incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of user support tickets. Utilize Excel, data visualization tools, automation technologies, and AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen pricing governance, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven 4 to 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, business analytics, finance, or a related business function. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
Experience
working with enterprise systems such as SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), pricing platforms such as Vendavo, and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboard development, data visualization, and automation tools to support reporting and operational efficiency.
Experience
utilizing advanced analytics, automation solutions, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, and performance outcomes. Must be willing to work onsite for 3 days a week. Physical
