English and Spanish are required; German is a plus but not mandatory Drive Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of Sales and Marketing teams by increasing and supporting sales in implementing the permanent and promotional POS execution for the dedicated perimeter of responsibility. The role involves the implementation of all the in-store related activities (activations, pos executions, brand ambassadors) with the aim to build a close relationship with local shop managers. The ultimate goal is to increase Lindt brand visibility in the territory and to reach company’s business goals in terms of sell-in / sell-out targets for the year. Key responsibilities: - Full responsibility in organizing and executing promotional activities Full coordination and responsibility of brand activations in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales Teams (incl. all administrative tasks, planning and reviews) Adaption of existing guidelines and brand identities to customized space Stakeholder management (internal and external) incl. briefing and coordination of agencies Coordination of data and print material Forcasting of all promotional materials (e.g. MC uniforms, aprons, tasting material) Tracking of promotional executions - Drive permanent visibility projects and its implementation Looking for new space and in store opportunities to increase Lindt visibility Stakeholder management incl. briefing and coordination of contractors, customers and agencies Proofing of technical drawings Coordination and briefing of all visual material needed ensuring communication hierarchy Tracking and monitoring of implementation Updating of best practice and active sharing with the organization - Trade Marketing and Merchandising Support Being a link between the shop managers, customers and Lindt and implementing all activities planned by Lindt. Optimizing shelf layouts with regard to shelf impact, sales performance and assortment in accordance with financial conditions Assortment and visual merchandising check, stock control and order recommendation to shop managers during visits Assisting in developing a marketing and communication plan that supports the customers' revenue targets. Using its best efforts to expand the ranges of the Products in accordance with financial conditions agreed with Lindt. Designing and sharing planograms to shop managers and brand ambassadors, making sure that the VM company guidelines are respected and implemented in the stores - Brand Ambassadors management Timely communication with staffing agency for scouting, recruiting and management of staffing Staff onboarding and training On going contact with Brand Ambassadors, weekly follow up on merchandising, stocks, sampling Assuring the good relation between our BAs and the store staff Definition of Incentive Staff plan for permanent brand ambassador and for activations. Responsibilities
Regular alignment with the local Avolta shop floor team to ensure proper visibility and merchandising in line with brand guidelines Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions and commercial opportunities Review and coordinate stock management with Avolta stock manager for all POS Responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets by proactively driving and motivating the team Identify growth opportunities through assortment optimization, distribution expansion, and visibility improvements Tracking and Monthly monitoring of costs and invoices, Follow-up on spent versus budget Monthly monitoring of market developments including competitors, new products, pricing, new campaigns, activations Monthly Sell-out analysis by POS and at SKU level to analyze performance and take corrective actions to optimize merchandising and drive results Regular updates on competitors and their performance - Proactive collaboration Close collaboration and building of effective working relationships within Marketing and with Sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to drive excellence in execution ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: You will be a Key contributor within the Europe Sales team, supporting the strategic partnership with Avolta, the largest Global Travel Retail customer. You will be directly responsible for driving revenues across Spain, Italy, and the UK (50% of Avolta Europe Turnover), alongside ARI Portugal, contributing for a combined turnover exceeding CHF 13M
