Job Summary

This position is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support Medicaid growth, operational performance, and enterprise priorities, with a strong focus on Medicaid RFP procurement strategy and execution. Serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership, this highly visible role helps shape and operationalize business strategy through market analysis, executive-level recommendations, financial and operational insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The role leads the collection, analysis, and evaluation of complex business and reporting requirements to support strategic decision-making and enterprise initiatives. Working closely with leaders across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions, this individual translates data and business insights into actionable plans, business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and recommendations that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting Medicaid RFP procurements, identifying opportunities for clinical and operational savings, developing executive-ready materials, and providing strategic support for high-priority business initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple enterprise sources into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, executive presence, advanced Excel and analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience

developing business cases, ROI analyses, and executive presentations is essential. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making, navigate complex business challenges, and partner effectively across multiple functional areas to advance organizational objectives. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience 3 years of experience leading with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.

Experience

communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.

Experience

developing and delivering presentations. Problem resolution experience and skills. Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends

Experience

interpreting business and financial information Negotiations skills. Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment. Organizational skills.

Experience

managing multiple complex projects successfully. Detail oriented. PC proficiency to include MS Office products Preferred Required

Job Qualifications

Health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on Product/Sales knowledge Proven strategic thinking and execution Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options

Experience

supporting Medicaid RFP procurement activities Government Programs, managed care, or healthcare consulting experience Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including synthesizing complex data into executive-ready insights

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
