Job Title Transportation Management Specialist (all genders) Job Description Join Philips as a Transportation Management Specialist and help ensure smooth, reliable logistics operations across inbound and outbound transport. In this hands-on role, you will improve capacity planning, strengthen collaboration with carriers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in service performance. Your role: Monitor transportation capacity and service performance, identifying and implementing improvements. Coordinate and track shipments, resolving transportation issues and delays with carriers and suppliers. Communicate shipment status and escalations to internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure high-quality master and transactional data across transportation processes. Analyze transportation KPIs and trends to drive cost savings and process improvements. Support transportation planning for inbound and outbound logistics in alignment with business goals. Contribute to logistics projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support onboarding of new carriers and transportation routes. Guide and coach team members on transportation processes, systems, and best practices. You're the right fit if: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. You have experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations. You understand international transportation processes, Incoterms, and customs requirements. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have experience with SAP, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. You can work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 86,400.00 – PLN 115,200.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
