The Advanced Hydration Revenue Growth Management Organization is looking for a Director of OBPPC & RGM Strategy, Sports Portfolio to join our team. The Director of OBPPC & RGM Strategy leads revenue growth strategy development and system alignment for our BODYARMOR and POWERADE brands. The individual serves as a strategic partner to the U.S. Bottling System in developing multi-year volume, revenue, and profit growth plans. This role serves as a strategic leader within the broader Advanced Hydration portfolio of brands to analyze and establish pricing guidance for all customers in the U.S. (over $1B in revenue), and works closely with our Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Innovation teams to drive plan objectives and deliver profitable growth. This position will also play a key role in the integration of business intelligence systems & reporting capabilities, setting forth the price/pack architecture for our two-brand strategy, and ensuring the appropriate guardrails are established to maximize the most out of both brands. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and implement company portfolio pricing strategies, both internally and externally that drive volume and profit growth for the entire BODYARMOR and POWERADE brand value chain Establish and reinforce a team culture of innovation, empowerment, proactivity, positivity, collaboration, and winning to drive strategy and optimization for the division Negotiate Sports portfolio value sharing relationship with Bottlers that drives profit and margin % growth for the Company Strategic lead responsible for determining price increases or reduction in trade spending to maintain price premium and deliver our annual and long-term financial objectives Primary liaison with Chief Sales officer – supporting sales team on revenue growth strategies Responsible for reviewing and approving all customer pricing plans (to ensure market coherency and profit targets are met) Reporting, analysis, and annual/multi-year plan development and delivery for BODYARMOR/POWERADE, Bottlers and Customers Develop and implement new concepts and methods for improving revenue growth across all channels, platforms, and packages Analyze multiple dynamics within the overall beverage landscape and category trends to identify key short and long-term brand growth opportunities Optimize the BODYARMOR and POWERADE portfolios through innovation, price optimization and SKU rationalization across all channels and platforms Develop, direct and lead sources of growth initiatives and manage coordination with CCNA/Bottlers on annual planning activities Evaluate current and proposed promotional and trade marketing investments and provide new strategic direction when applicable Regularly brief senior management and provide influence and implementation of new direction/strategies that enhance profitability Effectively lead the management of retail strategy investments to balance coherency across customers, packages and channels while sustainably improving company profit Advise Finance/Accounting on pricing initiatives that impact financial performance Implement and oversee reporting routines against revenue growth metrics and other strategic work streams (create scorecards and other sales reports that integrate multiple financial data sources) Lead the development of the overall PGM team to effectively manage all trade investments with Customers & Bottlers while maintaining personnel needs of the organization REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of RGM/PGM experience PRGM or data analysis experience Minimum 8 years of people leadership Ability to develop and implement profit growth methods by collaborating across multiple departments and levels of the organization Generate and implement innovative ideas that deliver short- and long-term growth across the entire Advanced Hydration business Ability to synthesize multiple data sources and deliver methods to improve profit over multiple years Proactively seeks out opportunities and influences the overall company’s financial health Reliable, hard-working & proactive team player with can-do attitude Creative thinker who can work independently Establishes credibility and builds solid relationships with Senior Company and Bottler Leaders Excellent written, verbal and time management skills 10% travel required The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
