We are looking for a Team Leader - FundFile to oversee a talented group of Product Analysts based in Gdansk, Poland. This role will supervise a group specializing in collecting global funds data, the core component of GMI Funds module. As Team Leader, you will ensure your team delivers on quantity and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meets client service level agreements (SLAs), and continually develops both skill and output. You’ll play a key role in coaching, developing, and expanding your team’s capabilities, and will be responsible for operational oversight including local administrative support and managing HR-related activities. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of Product Analysts, providing clear guidance and motivation to achieve KPIs. Fully grasp end-to-end monthly processes; delegate and manage workflow to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. Drive continuous process improvement to boost team effectiveness and efficiency. Deliver coaching, training, and staff development—including conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and supporting career growth. Manage local administrative needs in co-ordination with Finance, Payroll, and HR (benefits administration, resourcing, hiring, etc.). Input into staff performance appraisals and partner with management and HR for succession planning and recruitment. Qualifications Minimum of three (2) years’ experience in financial services industry. Demonstrated leadership and workload distribution experience. Proven successful project management experience, ideally in a market research or data environment. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and implement new ideas.
