Work Flexibility: Hybrid Summary: The Lead Specialist, Marketing Communications drives operational excellence in marketing communications across Neurovascular (NV) APAC while leading strategic regional campaigns, digital communications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The role is responsible for improving communication effectiveness, enabling best-practice sharing across markets, and supporting therapy awareness, customer engagement, and business growth objectives. What You Will Do: Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns for NV APAC Streamline and support marketing collateral development, approval, localization, and distribution processes for each market in APAC Build and maintain the APAC Marketing Knowledge Hub and repository that includes marketing best practices, growth-driving resources, campaign toolkits, competitor insights, industry news and content archives Establish communication templates, standards, and governance to ensure consistency and execution quality across the region Facilitate knowledge sharing across APAC markets and promote adoption of successful initiatives Drive impactful regional marketing campaigns that support therapy awareness and business growth and drive campaign adoption across APAC markets Develop integrated campaign plans, messaging frameworks, and communication toolkits Partner with regional and country stakeholders to ensure effective execution and adoption and support local marketing campaigns in key APAC markets Develop and implement an APAC LinkedIn marketing communication strategy so as to support business growth and increased engagement Support communication planning and execution (promotional content, event communication plans, post-event reporting) for conferences, congresses, workshops and customer events Lead APAC-wide World Stroke Day initiatives and develop regional messaging, campaign assets, and activation toolkits Manage partnership with external agencies and vendors relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of communication initiatives What you need: Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, corporate communications, or a related field
Experience
developing and executing regional marketing campaigns across multiple countries and stakeholder groups Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing/communication platforms

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
