UR - Day (United States of America) Range: UR URCC 215 H Compensation Range: $38.76 - $52.33 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE: Accountable for the provision of proficient patient care inclusive of complex patients. Assumes an expanded charge nurse role and assumes unit responsibility for orientation for new staff. May assume the role of care coordinator for a given group of patients, monitoring and evaluating patient care based on the unit standards of care. Actively involved in unit/service activities, contributing to outcomes from those groups. 9-hour shifts, 40-hour position available. Monday through Friday, primarily daytime hours. The established Dansville team is looking for an experienced RN with an interest in community oncology. As a small team, this candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team. They must be flexible and adapt readily to changing responsibilities.

include caring for patients throughout the continuum of cancer care including chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and symptom management. Our nurses have strong assessment skills, provide phone triage to our patients and coordinate care for our patients across the Wilmot catchment area.
