This Position reports to: R&D Department/Local Unit Lead At the Corporate Technology Center in Kraków, we create innovative solutions that are implemented in ABB products and systems. This is a unique opportunity to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity, and innovation are highly valued. About the Internship Start date: As soon as possible Hybrid work model: Only 8 office days per month Availability: 20 hours per week Your Responsibilities: Create and process purchase orders for R&D projects Collect quotations and coordinate with suppliers. Support cost allocation and procurement data verification. Assist with invoice verification and processing. Coordinate purchasing activities with other team members Prepare reports and perform basic business data analysis. Requirements: 3rd year student of Finance, Economics, Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial and procurement data. Communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
