You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: The Machine Operator - Paint is responsible for operating powdercoat (blades) and liquid (holesaw) paint equipment.

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and shut down paint line Able to work in dust, vapors, etc. Load/unload paint line with product Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required Inspect and verify product according to quality standards Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness Hone turnover belt (powder application) Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on paint line equipment Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly Change out and add paint as required Check and clean re-claim hoppers Maintain production pace and standards Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area Practice 5Ss
