Representing customers' needs to ensure the organization is aware of these with regard to delivery and product needs. Interacting with dispatch and invoicing to ensure timely dispatch of goods is possible. Monitoring and maintain internal systems to ensure stable and accurate demand. Ensuring processes are followed that main accurate records and traceability. Experience
with and a demonstrable knowledge of MRP and inventory control system(s). Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with all levels across the business. Ability to liaise between all teams to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
