Job Summary

Salisbury University is seeking a qualified individual to assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading competitive NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs. This position requires a commitment towards the student athletes on preparation, academic achievement, and community involvement while adhering to NCAA DIII bylaws and Salisbury University Athletic standards. This full-time (C2) assistant coaching position plays a vital role in the success of Salisbury University's varsity athletic programs. The assistant coach is actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, contributing to both the competitive excellence and the academic success of the men’s and women’s tennis teams. Authority and Accountability This position reports directly to the Head Tennis Coach and ultimately to the Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation. The position provides supervision for student workers and contractual assistant coaches but does not have budgetary responsibility. Required/Minimum

1-3 Years collegiate coaching experience
