Job Summary

As an Analyst on the FP&A team, you will conduct quantitative analyses impacting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects of public or private institutions. Your job duties will include collecting and analyzing financial information for assigned accounts, product lines, or business units to track the organization's progress against financial goals. You will be responsible for reporting current and expected financial performance and creating financial models to guide decision decision-makingmaking. Additionally, you will provide actionable recommendations through analysis of cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments for financial procedures, plans, and controls.

• Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support critical operational and corporate budgets • Coordinate with Reporting team to implement the required reports and dashboards for financial business insights • Conduct research and analysis to enhance business performance

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university relating to Business Management, Finance or Economics (MBA preferred). · Advanced Excel skills. · 0-2 years of financial modeling and analytical experience. ·

Experience

with enterprise performance management software (IBM Planning Analytics or similar) ·

Experience

with Analysis Services (preferred) Competencies · Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills to support business partnering and project based working environment. · Ability to work independently and successful completion in a deadline driven environment. Physical Requirements

Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
