The Turkic Republics Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding sales operations across the Turkic-speaking countries, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other relevant markets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing distributor and partner networks, and developing strategic sales initiatives to strengthen market presence. Key
Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments within the Turkic Republics. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and direct clients. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales tactics accordingly. 2. Distributor & Partner Management Manage, support, and expand distributor and dealer networks in the region. Conduct training programs and performance evaluations for sales partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations. 3. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth Set and achieve regional sales targets in collaboration with the global sales team. Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reports, taking corrective actions when necessary. Optimize pricing, profitability, and margin control across the region. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer needs, resolve issues, and enhance brand positioning. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with major accounts. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations. Provide insights into regional product demand, market requirements, and promotional needs. Support global and regional marketing campaigns tailored to local markets. 6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue performance. Ensure compliance with local business regulations, export policies, and financial controls. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B, industrial equipment, or FMCG within international markets. Proven experience in managing regional sales operations, distributors, and key accounts. Technical & Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business environments and market dynamics in the Turkic Republics.
Experience
in export sales, trade regulations, and multi-country operations. Knowledge of CRM tools, ERP systems, and sales analytics. Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different business cultures. Language
