Position Summary As the Regional Digital Commerce Head, you will be responsible of formulating and spearheading regional sales campaigns for partner events within the region. This includes full management of the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns to ensure success. The role also requires regular interface with regional platform partners to maintain the business affiliation. Role and Responsibilities Lead regional Digital Commerce part (Pure player / Online platform business) in Online business group to grow and drive sales through definition of strategic initiatives Demonstrate deep understanding of and thought leadership in ecommerce landscape, business management, product & online channel strategy to build strategic plans, including key strategic initiatives & operating plans with clear goals, execution plan and metrics, to drive Digital platform business Lead discussion with regional platform partners (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc including local Pureplayer platform) on various initiatives including regular campaign and/or special projects for Samsung performance for both online and offline Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders (HQ, Product Business unit, Peformance marketing both regional and global, PR, Corporate Marketing, etc) and sales subsidiaries across Southeast Asia and Oceania to secure support, commitment and investment to plans / initiatives Work in collaboration with Partners in both regular/ad-hoc basis discussions and lead Top-to-Top, Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly or irregular meetings in order to continue best collaboration between Samsung and partners. Have periodic business review and check status/plan with local sales subsidiaries including follow-up actions to improve the business. Discussion and alignment with regional platform partners and Local Sales subsidiary in order to set up sales target, KPIs for campaigns and projects and new initiatives. Liaise with other internal stakeholders (Regional Performance Marketing, PR, Corporate Marketing) to ensure integration into overall campaign plan. Deliver interim and final reports on Overall performance of Local subsidiaries and Platform Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer business, preferably within a multinational or consumer-facing organization. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online channel strategy. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and business performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with platform partners, regional teams, and local subsidiaries. Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating changing market dynamics, business priorities, and management direction. Mature, collaborative, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
