Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Dynamic Facilitation: Lead impactful workshops and training programs focused on professional and leadership development. Evaluate engagement in real-time and adjust delivery to maximize learning. Program Management: Oversee logistical and operational program needs, including scheduling, preparing for, and communicating post-training as well as analyzing participant evaluations and tracking learning trends. Continuous Improvement: Use insights from various sources to refine course materials, measure training effectiveness, implement strategic improvements, and recommend new development opportunities. Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a strong team that values different perspectives, passion for learning and growth, and the ability to adapt to the needs of cross-functional stakeholders with empathy and professionalism. Instructional Design & Course Development: Translate organizational needs into engaging learning experiences. Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using established instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Corporate Facilitation

Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of 4+ years' experience in learning and development. The current base salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $95,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
