Principais responsabilidades A pessoa Jovem Aprendiz atuará em atividades de apoio administrativo, contribuindo com a rotina das áreas da empresa. Entre as principais responsabilidades, estão: Apoiar na organização e controle de documentos, arquivos e informações; Auxiliar no preenchimento de planilhas, relatórios e controles internos; Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas das áreas; Apoiar no atendimento interno e na comunicação com diferentes times; Auxiliar no controle de materiais, solicitações e processos administrativos; Participar das atividades de aprendizagem teórica conforme programa de Jovem Aprendiz; Contribuir para a melhoria da organização e do fluxo das atividades do dia a dia. Requisitos Buscamos uma pessoa com disposição para aprender e se desenvolver em um ambiente colaborativo. Para participar, é importante ter: Ensino Médio cursando ou concluído; Interesse em aprender sobre rotinas administrativas; Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, Word e Outlook; Boa comunicação, organização e responsabilidade; Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Araucária; Interesse em construir os primeiros passos da carreira em uma empresa global e inovadora.
