In this role, you will transform complex and fragmented information into structured insights, scalable workflows, and reporting solutions that enable effective operational decision-making. This position offers a blend of analytics, process improvement, and tool development work while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units. What You Will Do Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reports that support cost management, supplier performance, forecasting, and new product introduction activities. Analyze business data to deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis, trend identification, and exception reporting for operational reviews. Develop recurring management reporting packages and executive-ready insights across multiple business units. Gather, normalize, and integrate data from ERP systems, Excel files, SharePoint lists, and other business data sources to support reporting and forecasting. Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, source-of-truth files, and repeatable refresh processes that improve data consistency and accuracy. Develop workflow tools, automation solutions, and reporting assets using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Document current-state processes, create process maps, and implement standardized tools and operating procedures to support governance and execution. Manage assigned workstreams from requirements gathering through implementation, documentation, training, and ongoing support of delivered solutions. What You Will Need Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, engineering, transformation, or a related analytical role.
Experience
creating dashboards, reports, analytical models, workflow tools, or performance trackers. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
Experience
working with data from multiple sources, including ERP extracts, spreadsheets, or database-driven reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
using Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar data transformation and workflow automation tools.
Experience
documenting business processes, building process maps, and supporting process standardization initiatives. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
