As Director, Global Strategy, Planning and Business Insights, you will lead the coordination and execution of global strategic and annual business planning processes, while advancing how we synthesize data into strategies that shape the future. What You’ll Do for Us Lead Enterprise Planning: Co-own the strategic and annual business planning cycles, ensuring enterprise goals align with growth priorities and operating plans. Drive Data-Backed Decision Making: Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources—including markets, consumers, competition, and financial performance—and translate into actionable insights and recommendations. Advance Analytics & Forecasting: Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (including predictive tools) to optimize planning, resource allocation, and performance outcomes. Performance Management: Manage monthly and quarterly review routines to track progress, identify gaps, and unlock new growth opportunities. Enable Strategic Projects: Support global initiatives by framing business questions, conducting analysis, and delivering insights to senior leadership to inform critical decisions. Strengthen Business Intelligence: Develop and manage enterprise-wide dashboards and BI frameworks that integrate competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and market trends into high-quality decision tools. Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with global Marketing, Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies, KPIs, and execution plans across a diverse geography. Knowledge Sharing & Consistency: Create and maintain strategic toolkits, reporting templates, and training materials to scale best practices across operating units and global functions. Industry Monitoring: Stay ahead of economic, regulatory, and competitive trends—bringing insights back to inform planning assumptions and scenario models. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations and strategy narratives through clear storytelling and visualizations that influence decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. 8–10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Development, Enterprise Planning, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Roles; CPG or global experience highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in data interpretation, analytics, and financial modeling, with strong storytelling skills for executive audiences. Demonstrated leadership in planning large-scale strategy cycles and building integrated forecasts in complex, matrixed environments. Exceptional business acumen spanning multiple domains (finance, marketing, operations, growth planning). Solid grasp of macroeconomic, industry, and competitive frameworks for informing strategic decisions. Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, BI visualization tools; curiosity for AI and machine learning application in analytics. Strength in project management, prioritization, and delivery under tight timelines. High-impact relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong EQ and IQ balance—able to navigate ambiguity, build trust, and mobilize cross-functional teams globally. Pay Range
United States of America: 164,000 USD - 193,000 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
