This Level 2 Facilities Representative plays a critical part in ensuring our South Bay Facilities continue to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Leverage SAP/ERP1 for financial management, including processing purchase orders, invoices, providing directions to Accounts Payable for billing allocations, and budget tracking. Create zero based budgets (ZBB), cost estimates, budget forecasts, and status reports for all assigned Supplier Accounts Ensure compliance with all health/safety regulations at the City, County, State, and Federal levels to include working with internal (EHS) and external partners (SCAQMD, CAL/OSHA, LACDPH, Insurance, etc.) for successful work execution and reporting Reject/approve invoices on behalf of the company in line with Purchase Order (PO) terms to avoid breach of contract and inaccurate charging Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate rapid resolution. Ensure monthly on time completion of all assigned work Outline statements of work, schedule contractor support, and track milestones. Design and oversee schedules for all work under assigned Facilities contracts Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors; act as the liaison for all Supplier activities within Portfolio. Manage facility contractual expenses and monitor vendor budget spending on a routine basis to provide financial status updates to Business Management/Leadership Track and complete work using computer maintenance management system Receive, manage, and process work order request in a timely manner Document processes and maintain all applicable records in database(s) Process badge requests for Suppliers as needed Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related Facilities/Project Management experience OR Master’s Degree. NOTE: An additional 3 years of stated work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree

Experience

with software packages such as: SAP, Tableau, CMMS, Microsoft Office Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Clearance

with budget tracking using MS Excel or similar software

with Maximo (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
