Sr. Manager, SAP Market to Cash (MTC) — Sales and Service, International Trade Management (ITM) This is a dual-mandate role: the Senior Manager, SAP Market to Cash (MTC) operates simultaneously as the Industry and Application Lead for Curtiss-Wright’s SAP Sales and Service (repairs & aftermarket) functional area, and as the People Manager for the functional team supporting that area. Both pillars are core, co-equal responsibilities of the role. Location: Remote, US Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only. I Learning and Development Opportunities I Competitive Pay I Bonus Scheme I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive Culture * Your Challenge Lead the functional area of SAP Sales and Service (repairs & aftermarket) and work with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and their teams to establish and prioritize Curtiss-Wright legacy & new processes, application & integration Provide advisory and subject matter expertise to lead, manage the software development lifecycle(SDLC) of SAP Sales, Service, CRM, ITM processes both new deployments as well as support day to day activities Own and manage the design, solution, data of the sales, service & trade within SAP S/4 Maintain the SAP best practices and own the development inventory(WRICEF) May be required to provide off-hours availability to support critical production issues Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team: hiring, onboarding, development planning, and annual performance evaluations Set team priorities and workload to drive efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of business value Coach team members on both technical depth and stakeholder-facing skills Own team capacity planning and staffing recommendations, feeding directly into the resource planning process What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering 15+ years of SAP ERP experience, including expertise with SAP S/4HANA Core Sales Service Management, ITM and SAP Customer Service Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Core, S/4HANA Core data model and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems 5+ full life-cycle experience in SAP Sales and Service Management

Experience

with SAP ERP(S/4) integration with MS dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM system Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management process design, configuration, development, and support, including its integration with SAP OTC, SAP PP, SAP FICO, and SAP MES Hands-on experience in Order to Cash process design, configuration, development, and support, including its integration with SAP FICO, SAP CRM, SAP IBP, and SAP Service to Cash processes

Experience

with Service Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Sales & Service Contracts, Warranty processes, and Pricing Management

Experience

with SAP Master Data, especially Business Partners (customer and vendor), Material Master, Equipment Master, and Transactional Management, including their configuration and issue management 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team, including hiring, performance management, and development planning Strong team player with excellent communication and ethics #LI-TS1 No unsolicited agency submittals please.
