Eastpak is looking for an exceptional Energy Marketing Coordinator to join our Eastpak Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium. Let’s talk about the role! As Energy Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving Eastpak's cultural relevance through collaborations, partnerships and culture-led storytelling. You will support the execution of the brand's collaborations and cultural initiatives, building relationships with the brands, talent, communities and cultural movements. Working closely with internal product, marketing and creative teams, you will help coordinate Eastpak's collaborations and partnerships calendar, ensuring projects are delivered with strong storytelling, seamless execution and maximum impact. Acting as a bridge between external partners and internal teams, you will coordinate the development of integrated activation plans and communication toolkits that bring collaborations to life across all brand communication channels - from social, PR and influencer marketing to retail, digital, CRM and owned media. How You Will Make a Difference Your key accountabilities will be: Drive brand elevation through collaborations and culture Support the development and activation of partnerships that strengthen the cultural relevance, desirability and brand heat. Identify culturally relevant partnership opportunities Monitor trends, communities, brands, talent and emerging cultural movements to identify opportunities that authentically connect with consumers and support the brand's long-term strategic direction. Manage collaboration and partnership execution Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of seasonal collaborations, supporting timelines, stakeholder management, partner communication and activation planning from concept through to launch. Build consumer engagement through culture-led storytelling Help create compelling narratives and content strategies that connect Eastpak with youth culture audiences across markets and channels. Maximise collaboration impact across the consumer journey Develop and coordinate integrated activation plans that leverage social, PR, influencer, retail, CRM, digital and experiential channels to build awareness, engagement and advocacy for collaboration and culture initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration and integrated execution Partner closely with product, creative, marketing and regional teams to ensure collaborations are activated consistently and effectively across all brand communication channels and consumer touchpoints, delivering a seamless and impactful consumer experience. Be the pulse of culture within the organisation Bring fresh cultural insights, inspiration and external perspectives that help Eastpak remain relevant, distinctive and connected to emerging consumer interests. Build strong partner relationships Act as a key point of contact for collaboration partners, helping foster productive relationships and ensuring successful partnership delivery from briefing through activation. Skills for Success We’re looking for someone who brings: Proven experience working abroad and/or in an international professional environment. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to collaborate across cultures and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, communications, events or a related field. A strong passion for youth culture, fashion, music, art, sport and emerging consumer trends, with a natural curiosity for what drives relevance and conversation. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners. Knowledge of social media, influencer marketing and modern communication channels, and how they contribute to integrated marketing campaigns. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to grow a career in cultural marketing, collaborations and brand partnerships.
